Based in Guildford, our highly experienced team specialise in recruiting finance professionals across the South East.
We work with a broad range of organisations ranging from blue-chip international brands to small - medium-sized firms.
We recruit across the South of England with a particular focus on the M23, M3 and M4 corridors.
Local knowledge of Guildford and the South East

David has worked in recruitment for close to fifteen years. Having managed both temporary and permanent recruitment desks, he understands that the unique requirements of an interim hire can be totally different from a permanent hire.
He also has a strong understanding of what clients are looking for in the region and which candidates are going to fit, not only by skill set but also culturally within a business.
At SRM he specialises in contract/interim hires across Thames Valley, Surrey and Sussex.
He works with both SME’s and blue-chip FTSE organisations on both one-off hires and multiple hiring campaigns - including post-acquisition integration, IPO/listing, corporate finance and IFRS 16 implementation.
Stewart began recruiting qualified finance professionals in 2002. With an extensive finance network, he’s the trusted advisor to some of the UK’s most prestigious businesses.
A graduate in Modern History from the University of London, Stewart began his career in finance recruitment working for two of the world’s leading FTSE listed recruitment consultancies, specialising in finance recruitment.
Stewart progressed quickly, leading and growing businesses whilst recruiting for some of the world’s leading brands and high-growth small to medium sized enterprises.
Outside the office he spends most of his spare time with his young family, generally loving life and occasionally venturing out onto the squash court.
Principal Consultant – Permanent Hiring
With 18 years of recruitment experience, Paul has had a successful career with Page Group and Robert Walters prior to joining SRM Recruitment in 2017.
Based in our Guildford office, Paul supports clients across the South with permanent hiring on a contingent and retained search basis.
Paul takes the time to understand his client's business so that he is able to source the right candidates very quickly, knowing that not only are they are able to do the job but are also the right fit.
His clients appreciate his specialist advice for its practicality and commercial nature.
