Meet the founders
Andrew's career began in 1996 having previously spent 4 years with PWC as an Accountant. He has an extensive background sourcing for a multitude of businesses, partnerships and organisations across the finance and accounting market place.
Director - Executive Search
Stewart began recruiting qualified finance professionals in 2002. With an extensive finance network, he's the trusted advisor to some of the UK’s most prestigious businesses. He leads SRM's Executive Search practice.
Director - Tax
Rory started his recruitment career in 2007, developing an extensive network recruiting into specialist tax departments for global financial and commercial organisations. He has partnered with some of the industry's biggest names and leads SRM's Tax team.
