Job Summary:

As a member of the busy marketing team, you will play an integral part in supporting the team to help them drive forward the marketing plans across all the brands in our business.

In this varied role, you will provide a high level of marketing administrative support to the whole team. You will be responsible for supporting the development of marketing materials such as brochure production and information literature. You will support the team in the execution of social media messaging, website updates and lead generation activity. You will assist in maintaining and keeping up to date our CRM system and help with event planning.

Main Responsbilities:

You will support the other members of the marketing team to help them deliver multiple marketing campaigns across a number of brands, with the majority of your time spent supporting our employee benefits brands. You will also liaise, and work closely with our advisers, Compliance and other teams within the business.

These are the main areas of responsibility, but they are not exhaustive:

  • assist with delivery of our ongoing digital marketing activities including the posting of our social media messaging, blogs, website updates and updating and producing videos and animation;
  • administer our CRM database for lead generation;
  • administer and produce management information;
  • support in the development and design of literature and brochure ware;
  • support with internal communication including researching and collating news for our regular newsletter
  • administering and updating our intranet;
  • organising events;
  • building relationships and liaising with third parties as required for printing, event venues, PR consultancy and design work, to name a few;
  • general marketing assistance as required and ad-hoc support;

Experience / Qualifications:


  • Office / administrative support role
  • Computer literate (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
  • A creative mind, someone who enjoys working as part of a team to build and develop innovative projects
  • Able to work independently
  • A genuine interest in social media, who's up to date with current technology
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A high attention to detail
  • The ability to write clear, grammatically correct content
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
  • Keen to learn
  • Previous marketing experience
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Financial services experience
  • Knowledge of InDesign or other design software packages
  • CRM experience
