Our client is a leading accountancy firm within London. They are looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their establised team.
To facilitate arranging investment/policies/contracts for clients and liaising with the various parties concerned.
To prepare schedules in respect of clients' portfolios and other assets in preparation for client meetings and other update points.
To speak with clients on the telephone and develop rapport.
To obtain quotations/illustrations from insurance companies and/or from quotation/research systems for team members
To obtain information from relevant websites and systems e.g. performance of pension funds, etc.
To assist with fee notes, cover letters and records on back office systems
3 A levels, or equivalent
GCSEs (x5) including English and Maths at grade B, or equivalent
Experience working in an IFA Firm and in dealing with private clients who are accustomed to a high quality of service.
Good knowledge of MS office applications and IFA systems.
A proactive team player who works well under pressure
Approachable with excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Degree level (2.2), or equivalent
Certificate in Financial Planning or equivalent and progressing towards Diploma level
Specialist qualifications in pensions and group risk areas
Experience with a wide range of investments, pensions and other products that may be arranged for clients.
